This easy salad is a fresh addition to any picnic or barbecue with crisp cucumbers, onions, fresh dill, and a simple yogurt dressing. And it is so fast to prepare with ingredients you likely have on hand. ????????

You'll need

2 cucumbers
1 red onion
A handful of dill
5 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Here's how

Start by thinly slicing the cucumbers and placing them in a bowl.
After sprinkling some salt over them, mix with your hands. Then, rinse the cucumbers to remove excess salt.
Finely chop a handful of dill. Also, thinly slice the red onion.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, salt, garlic powder or crushed garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
Add the sliced cucumbers, onion, and dill to the yogurt mixture, stirring all the ingredients together once again.
Once transferred to a serving plate, garnish the salad with a sprinkle of mint.
Your delicious cucumber salad with yogurt dressing is now ready to be served.
