Delicious, spicy Turkish style red lentil soup recipe. Very easy to make and yummy
Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
1 tbsp rice
1 tbsp fine bulgur wheat
1 medium onion
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp or less ground sweet or hot red pepper (depend on your taste)
about 4 cups boiled water (add more if needed for consistency)
salt to taste
